Star count is way off... I like the new concept but the execution is terrible!

I CANT LOG IN. My username and password works on the website but not on the app. FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY PLEASE

Why did you make the messages button so hard to find?

Ive been a loyal Gold member since the beginning of rewards program & like many was not happy about new Stars program but still used app for my daily purchases. New app is complete nightmare !! Keeps making me sign in every other day, then just sits & spins, my rewards disappear then when they do display I use one expecting oldest one to be used first. But, No instead all 3 stars on account disappear!!! Ive had to contact Customer Service 4 times since new app rollout, full of bugs & very annoying , dont bother with this one, fix it now!!!

The update to accommodate the new rewards program design that launched April 2016 is horrible. The navigation is not natural and its difficult to find different parts of the app that use to be very easily accessible. It IS possible to view rewards that are ready to be redeemed but you dont let us view them without searching high and low first. This whole design is a horrible idea and I cant think of one good thing to review about it personally.

Im glad we can use our rewards when Mobil ordering! I wish there was a comments section when ordering drinks/food. And also wish all the tea options were available.

Not liking the fact that the app is over charging me for just half n half! They only have the Breve brand, which it tends to charge me an additional .60 cents. Please fix!

Dont like the new app or system they have

Apparently I have multiple star rewards, but the newest version doesnt show you how many, when they expire, etc. Cmon Starbucks...I spend $5 a day on a cup of coffee and this was youre latest and greatest???

I updated to get the latest app and I dont have the order option, it just says menu. How do I mobile order if there is no order option?

This new app takes away all the great rewards, you are as bad as Panera now

I wish I can give 0 star. Before update I can at least use this app. After update, I cant even open it. Feel like fixing bugs makes it even worse

I updated this morning, got to Starbucks and went to reload my card, and it wont work. Says to pick another method of payment. Ive loaded 8 different credit cards, all with availability of funds, and NONE will work!!!

I love being able to order ahead and this app allows me to do that. All my stars are up to date and Im able to look to see what I wanna order before doing it. I love this app.

My app icon says I have 2 notifications. I open the app, click on everything I can think of. Where are my notifications?!?! Hate this update!!! Nothing was wrong with the app when I could see the app of the week and messages. Please fix ASAP!!!!

Out of all the platforms this app works best

I use this app daily. I love the ease and convenience of it. You can easily add money to your card by combining gift cards or by adding through a credit or debit card. It also keeps track of your purchases , stars and rewards. Absolutely love this app! And my favorite thing is the mobile ordering!!! I use it daily!

The new update wont clear notifications. Ever. Very annoying and Starbucks refuses to help.

I love the mobile ordering. Unfortunately I cannot order my coffee with coconut milk from the app, so I have to ask the barista to add it at the store upon my arrival. Please add coconut milk to the options on the app...and add Almond milk to the menu, please! Also, why does the app no longer show my Gold Status expiration date? I find that information very important and do t understand why it was removed! This seems like a bit of a downgrade.
