It’s convenient and easy to use

Super easy to use, just wish we can set a time for pick up order! Other than that I like it!

An app update is necessary for being able to have extra water in refreshers. When I tap the previous order that I placed in the restaurant that entails extra water, the app reports back that the item is no longer available.

There needs to be an option to not reload a gift card when paying with the gift card.

Starbucks has such great service. Starbucks is an excellent store to get a coffee they have an app which you can use to have your coffee or refresher ready to go in a split second!!

I love the two Starbucks in my neighborhood in Studio City. The one on Ventura and Alcove and Ventura and Allot c The people are so nice and they are very kind about making my very complicated short mocha. 10 stars if you could give them that many✨⭐️

I personally really like the Starbucks app, being able to mobile ahead and just see the entire menu on my phone. I especially enjoy being able to see which stores are near me VIA map, and their addresses.

I wanted a hour and a half for a grande drink and I didn’t get my drink I went to my house and came back and it still wasn’t ready. I wish the old workers were back and in service because this stuff wouldn’t happen.just bad service overall

Add an option to get things like cold foam on the side, or give us the option to leave a note on items. You could do a character limit on the note, but it’s annoying that I can’t specify details on things. The cold foam mixes into the coffee before I pick it up, so I’d like to be able to order it on the side and put it in myself.

So, thanks to Starbucks new CEO, no more deals & promotions??? No more Double Stars or Triple Stars day??? No more purchase 3 days in a row and earn 100 stars etc…???👎😂🥵 I wonder why Starbucks 4th Quarter & 1st Quarter sales were declined worldwide and also, customer visits declined too…🫣🤔🤷‍♂️ This is how you lose business…👎🤨☹️ So many other options available…Sad!!!

Saves time you know what’s available

Never have any issues with ordering, payment, loading gc’s etc. I do miss the old bonus rewards though, the “order x amount of times get x amount of bonus stars”

I can pick everything I want in my coffee and it makes life so easy.

Like I need my lavender fix like a bee makes honey which I also be adding to my lavender beverages because it makes them scrumptiliosus oh so yummy like Pooh with his honey better check on him before he steals all my money!

I have used this app since it first came out. Starbucks really has its processes down. I do not know why everyone doesn’t use the app. In the morning Starbucks 4 minutes away from my house on the way in for a long commute, drive up and its ready. Love it!
