Cannot Reload Card

I cannot reload my card anymore. it keeps saying an error occurred. The address is the same and hasnt changed. So no rewards or anything. Using this is pointless now.

Also Why cant you clear the app badge notifications?? Wheres the message center/section?? Theres no way to clear the messages. The Fu*k!?
