Not intuitive

I wasnt a huge fan of the app before the update but now it is less intuitive.
I cant load points using the app from purchases and have to login to the website.
The navigation is horrible and over complicated - not easy to get to what you are looking for or navigate back.
Apps should be easy. This one is not. The only thing going by for it is Apple Watch app and the fact it tracks my loyalty card. Otherwise I wouldve deleted it already.
Love Starbucks / so disappointed in the app.
Streamline it! You are trying to add too much without a simply straightforward navigation.
