Put down the crack pipe!

I have no clue what happening with your programmers, but please, tell them to put down the crack pipe or find another job.

What used to be a nice functional iOS iPad app has turned into a convoluted, confusing, useless waste of our time. Its insulting to your customers to keep pushing this crap out.

Delete it and start over. Stop trying to be uber clever and creative - your crack smoking programmers cant handle that. Start with something functional and useful and that works!
