The app is bad

Starbucks has out done themselves this time, they have gone from bad to worse.
My password no longer works since the last update and they have nothing on the app for resetting the password, really?
Not very intuitive on its use, constantly hunting for the messages and rewards.
In a busy world this Starbucks app has found a way to make your day even more frustrating.
Good job Starbucks, NOT!
