Rewards not showing up

My rewards dont show up to the store. It says I have a reward in the app and when I tap it takes me to a screen to redeem in store or online for an advance order, but every time Ive asked them to check it they say its either experience or Ive used it. Why is this happening? I dont think Ive used it and there no way its expired in two days since I got it and also it wont show me what the reward is? Hmmm...glitch. Hope this gets fixed I love my coffee and I feel like Im getting scammed out of my earned rewards.
