wont let me log in so I cant order on the app and says network issue but all my other apps are working no problem. Cant not find location but location services is on for the app. Please fix

Youd think with millions of dollars at their disposal Starbucks could make a working app. Just another sign that their time is coming to an end. You have to actually value your customers...

This app never works anymore. Waste of time.

This most recent version is horrible as of late. It keeps kicking me off every time I lock my phone. I dont know why its suddenly so unstable! Please issue a fix!

There is no way in hell i am going to continue to use this app. If you go to the store youll notice that each coffee is being served with a little less coffee because they cap it and they make it easy for you! I have had 6 free coffees because I take the cap off and look and see how they cover up the coffee with foam and light whip which is another reason this add needs to be fixed. It needs the no foam option all I constantly get is foam which takes about an inch on top of my coffee and that really is disgusting. Most of all this app is not user friendly it crashes multiple times before I can even place my order not to mention some of the Starbucks are in like strip malls that you may not know the name of the strip mall so you have to go to google maps and find out if ur ordering from the right one.... sorry Starbucks major fail!

Cant reload my account, still have to use my physical card The app doesnt have to be special just want it to work. No reason why I shouldnt be able to add $ to my account to give Starbucks more $

It is working okay but is asking me to sign in when I want to pay which is time consuming

I cant reload it! I expected better app from leading coffee maker

After using this for over a year I can no longer log in. Even after I update to a new password online. Starbucks fix your app. I will be trying other coffee shops this month.

I use this app all the time and it is very handy wherever I am in the world! Great way to pay, get info on offers, earn rewards, and track my purchases

Fix your crap app. You would expect Starbucks to up on top of things. Im pretty sure Tim Hortons app work better. Nothing works ever!!!!!!

Still cannot pre order anything through it. I live above a starbucks and for some reason the app cant find it.

This app brought me back to Starbucks, Id use it to order my coffee on the way to work, but now all I get is the "We are not able to complete your request" message. Its been like this for the whole month. Im not happy, Im not buying from Starbucks and Im not getting any value from this anymore. As a former Starbucks partner, Id be handing out a lot of free drink tickets until this gets fixed.

You would think this would be the one thing Starbucks would make sure they get right.... I cant reload my card to use. Wth?

The convenience of the app is lost when you continually have to sign in again

Finally working again after the update and I can reload my card without having to go into a Starbucks (which is annoying because I always grab a drink through the drive thru on my way to work and never go in usually) Other than that issue for the past month the app works great for me.

I tried to reload my card via the app and it wont let me. This is the third time Ive tried in the last 2 weeks and it keeps coming up with an error.

I like the favourite drink feature so I dont have to edit my long drink orders every time. But I would want to be able to redeem more than 125 stars at a time.

Second time an app update resulted in not being able to reload my card. But my Visa shows 8 attempts to reload. Please fix!!
