Your list are incomplete and we cant personalize our own coffee! Cant even order a misto! Also please make it so that we can delete past orders - its in the way.

It would be helpful to show which stores are wheelchair accessible. There are quite a few that are not.

I am signed up for this program, and am really being a hypocrite because I use the star rewards program but this program is stupid. Users have to pay $150+ JUST TO GET TO GOLD so you can save after that. It makes no sense waste of money

I just downloaded this app. Because I was given a gift card for my birthday. Was able to load my gift card.... but then it deleted. Thanks for taking my birthday $$ Starbucks.

Please please please enable a feature so we can specify which blend of coffee we want in a particular drink!!....We would love to preorder our drinks but without this feature we arent able to select the coffee we really want!!! Ex: cafe misto with bold coffee instead of the regular pike

Can refill my Starbucks card, but now my app crashes after 1s of opening. One can never use this app properly ever again.

The last few updates have finally made it work relatively well, but please: • add a comments option on the app for suggestions • show street intersection for locations (fed up with checking the map over and over!)

I dont normally do reviews. I love this new app. So much better then the past ones. Quick and very easy to use.

Just left the Starbucks located on South Tacoma Way and 512 in Tacoma, WA. I purchased two drinks totaling $10.82. When I handed the cashier a $100 bill to pay she stated she could not break the bill. She then went on to say she couldnt even break a $20. Im sure she noticed the shocked look on my face and my apparent annoyance. Here I am in one of the highest charging coffee establishments in the world and they cant break a $100 dollar bill. Cmon Starbucks! Really?? Luckily, I had my debit card, however, would they have turned me away. Dang! Even 7 -11 stores can break a $100 dollar bill. Very frustrating!!

Love this app! So convenient and the newest update really saves time for me!! I recently became a Gold member after 3 months of hard work and I love the benefits I get from this like the 4 star sundays! Love, love :)

I like this application because I can always find how many rewards I have and track the current promotions. Also, there are free weekly bonus applications!!

The app wont let me reload my card; however my bank was still charged! Where did my money go???

I get matcha tea from Starbucks often. I order at home, walk to my local store 3 blocks away, pick up my drink & breakfast sandwich, then head out to get on with the rest of my day. Easy peasy.

The Starbucks app is so convenient. I can order, load my card and check my star balance, all in one location. Its a great app to have when youre on the go!!
