Great app and makes ordering easy when Im running late and dont have time to wait in line

This app is very easy to use and convenient. You can order your drink or food and pick it up without waiting in line. A tip is also an option.

I love being able to reload my card in the drive thru or place an order efficiently on the go; so convenient!

I like this app a lot! I like how I can pay for my order just using my phone, order ahead, and love the free drinks I earn with my stars. Also, Starbucks always sends me extra emails about how I can earn rewards faster. If you ever go to Starbucks, this app is a great idea!

I love the Starbucks app its so sleek and incredibly handy. I dont have to carry my card; I can just present my phone to get my drinks. I also love my rewards for being a valued customer and the free apps and music that the app gives. However, I do miss the menus though. The old app had a list of drinks and food options that were really helpful.

I love that the ordering feature is available. I walk in then walk out. No waiting.

Sometimes it does crazy things when trying to select a store to order from though.

Love the app and the convenience it allows me. Only negative would be load amounts. I think you should be able to enter your load amounts and not just the set $5 increments. If Im mobile ordering and my balance is 10¢ short, I dont want to have to reload $10 (the minimum reload amount) for 10¢

I wish i did not install this update. The old version works fine. The only feature works on this version is "pay", the rest dont work!!!! I tried to do mobil order and it took few minutes just to load the location, then it crashed! Tried again and took forever for the order to be created, I ended up walked to the store and ordered in there. Now, i cant check my status nor my balance nor notifications! Youd better throughly test your app before release it!

I have notifications popping up next to the app icon indicating new messages yet when I go to view them/clear them out there is no "messages" to view. What happened to that section where you can view push notifications? Now Im stuck with an annoying red bubble "unread" message next to the app icon that I cant get rid of. Help?

Hey guys! You made it impossible to order online without wifi on. You made a notification system that doesnt work and freezes. Now I get system errors when ever I try to use this thing. Please fix fast. It is messing up my commute.

I cant even use the app because it always goes back to the sign in screen when i sign in. Horrible.

Updated the app and now all of my stars have disappeared! It says the update will rollover any old stars but none of mine did so now Im starting from scratch!

The new version has no way to check alerts or find out where they are. I get an alert but inside the app there is nothing to indicate where the new information is. Even after I look at the notes, which dont go away or can be deleted, I still can see whats new. This needs to be fixed; show us where the new items are and then let us clear them
