At least Ive saved a lot of money not for not going to Starbucks.

I have notifications but cant find where and cant get rid of the number. Not sure how this happened but started after the app redesign.

this is a fine app but whenever i go on it, the notifications stay there and it bothers me so much but other than that its a good app

It crashes after I entered the last digit! EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

I dont like this new update!

I absolutely loved the old layout of the app, in fact, I felt that lots of other apps should be like the Starbucks app, it was so easy and it worked! Now...this app is confusing and I cant even freakin find the messages...I am pretty sure I had a reward but when the update came, I cant even find the messages to find out. Idk how they can say the new star system is better. Before, I spend around $65 to get a reward. Starbucks, you might lose my business over this. The ease of use of the app was really the only reason I ever go to Starbucks in the first place.

Im sure theyll eventually get this right but now the app is downright awful. Tried to redeem an in-app bonus for buying a sandwich and the error message says not available in this region??!! Im in Tampa Florida surrounded by dozens of Starbucks. Must only be good in some remote location where no one will use it. WTH Also.... I have a reward that expires on 5/4 but it used a newer reward. Manager had no clue either. These are fundamental problems that shouldve been caught in beta testing.... please get your stuff together SB!

Im enjoying the new app. I like that I know where I stand stars wise the moment I open it. I like that I can use my free drinks and discounts in the mobile ordering. Things I dont like Where are the messages? Unless there is a preview that says messages there alerts to be no way to get to the messages which it frustrating when the badge on my app says I have 5 messages. Expiration dates appear to be missing as well.

The whole focus of the new version of the app seems to be for ordering ahead. But the only choice the app gives is to order from "the nearest store", which is ridiculous for a commuter. Ive already entered my Favorite Stores in the app - why cant I just select one of those, instead of some random place off the highway I happen to be passing by?

Useful.. Good at the store and esp with payment options.

With the update I lost all of my stars & I was 1 away from a free drink! The rewards is a much needed perk since a drink is upwards of $5. Also, I never would be notified of rewards: often I would see them after they expired & the baristas could do nothing. I hope Starbucks fixes the issues in support of loyal patronage!

The app will not let me sign in. My information is correct, but I just keep getting redirected back to the sign in page

What happened? Im now unable to order after i updated. Its so slow now and it also lags. I want the older version back!!!

First things first, notifications wont go away on my phone and I dont even know what they are there for. Other than that, I love the new layout and star reward system. Its much better getting a star per dollar spent than having to split up your order to get a star for each thing you buy. Whether its actually cheaper and a better deal or not depends on what you used to buy and if you split up your order, but overall I think its more fair and straight forward. Hopefully there are more improvements but 5 stars for putting things in a new direction and continuing to grow

They added ability tonier awards in mobile award so really 4.5 stars but ordering is still slow and the order history is very odd as to what it remembers not sure why yesterdays order isnt there but an order from 58 days ago is.

If it were possible to give negative stars, I absolutely would. This is the WORST app in the history of apps. It doesnt matter how many updates come through, it still fails. Thats not fair. It doesnt just fail, it bombs. At the end of the day, youll end up with an "unexpected error" message if you so much as look at the app icon. And then? Then, you have money floating around somewhere, which youre unable to access because of the app from hell.

Im so mad & annoyed ever since the new update stupid app keeps acting up.. First wouldnt let me reload had to go online on my computer to do so.. Now it says i have a message but it wont allow me to see it.. Says im green status when i know im not.. And it let me pay at the store because i have 3d touch otherwise it wouldnt have...... Ive deleted and installed the app 3 time already TODAY!! Please FIX!!!

New app is frustrating. Cant tell when rewards expire. Tried to use a reward yesterday and it didnt work (yes it says I have a reward available). What happened to being able to add a tip?

This app update is the worst ever! I hate everything about it. I constantly have notifications that I have no idea how to clear, and I hate that all of the stories or whatever they are on the home page open in safari instead of within the app. Please fix it!

Nothing good about newest versions of the app; unless you want 101 ways to read Starbucks ADDs. Dont bother
