Get it together starbucks. This new update screwed everything up I ALWAYS have a problem reloading my card. I ALWAYS have a problem mobile ordering..I cant stand it

Mobile ordering used to be so fast and easy. Now it takes forever for a location to load and switching locations takes even longer! Loved the app before the whole star conversion. Maybe that tweaked with the mobile order programming. :-(

The changes youve made to this app and the rewards program are just the worst. The notifications are Annoyingly hard to remove so the numbers disappear. Punishing faithful rewards members for others abuse of the program is short sited and wrong.

The updated app is very confusing and doesnt allow you to tip....please change back .

Ok so like its a good app But it wont even let me sign in anymore so i have know idea whats wrong cause I can log in online but not In the app

You give us all your money and were only gonna ask for more. With such a dedicated consumer base you think Starbucks wouldnt change an already perfectly working rewards program to this load of bull.

When it comes to the newest update, you can still pay easily and the app doesnt crash very often if not at all. It made the app feel more professional as well; the texture is smoother. However they need to make the notifications easier to see. I have 5 notifications but I cant seem to make them go away. They also need to organize the announcements a little better. The feed they seemed to have developed doesnt seem to give me an organized feel. Overall, if you wanna get really into it, Starbucks is failing to make there app represent their mission statement and overall goal to make you feel the "Starbucks Experience". I dont think they arent trying and I dont think its a failure all together. I just think they should make the app bring together the community somehow. Make it a more unique experience....in other words, give it the Starbucks Experience. I think the rewards program itself does that, but not the app itself. Imagine if you could have a small group chat of "coffee buddies" or something like that. You could all update each other and plan to meet up. Idk, maybe Im going to far? I guess thats what text messages are for? Lol.

Since the new update, I havent been able to order anything. It says no location found. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now I cant even sign in! Fix ASAP! Please!

I love the revised Starbucks app, very trendy. I love the new rewards system... When I buy coffee for friends, I get more stars... Its awesome! I love the revisions to the order system - I still hope more revisions are coming. Its still complicated for when I ask someone to order coffee with app on my phone. The only bad thing I have to confess: the web login and mobile sign in system, dont appear to function well. Currently cant sign into web. Keep the improvements going! Im really excited about seeing the changes. Starbucks never ceases to amaze me!!!

I wouldve given it 5 stars but I hate the new update! Its a super pain to get rid of the annoying message number that one the app on the home screen! Other than that I love the app!

I can no longer reload my app; the processing does not even complete. It goes thru my banking under processing, but Starbucks app does not show any money on my card. Gladly, all money is refunded.

I have no gripes about the new way to get stars, the only complaints is the new app layout its not very user friendly. Ive had free drinks expire because I didnt realize they were there and you cant tell when they expire they just give you the option to use them. They give you notifications for messages but it takes you 12 years to figure out where the messages are to read/delete them. I know I have to get used to it but there are some useless options that took the place of things you use (dont need to know Starbucks Spotify account just need to clear out my messages).

The new update on the app is weird. The notifications NEVER go away. Im not sure what its trying to notify me. The little red number on top of the app is at 5 right now and Ive tried everything. I dont want to turn off notifications because I like when it notifies me of a reward or something similar, but I dont want to constantly see a notification on the app. Please fix!

I tried to reload my card to pay on my iPhone but the transaction would not go through on the app and the little wheel just sat spinning for over an hour. I tried to re-install the app just to ditch out of the reload procedure and now I cant even sign in through the app. Yes, my user name and password are correct because I can sign in on the web. This app is useless.

it was working perfectly 3 days ago but now it wont let me log in

My rewards dont show up to the store. It says I have a reward in the app and when I tap it takes me to a screen to redeem in store or online for an advance order, but every time Ive asked them to check it they say its either experience or Ive used it. Why is this happening? I dont think Ive used it and there no way its expired in two days since I got it and also it wont show me what the reward is? Hmmm...glitch. Hope this gets fixed I love my coffee and I feel like Im getting scammed out of my earned rewards.

My original review was 5 stars, then it dropped to 3, and now its down to 1 because "minus 10" isnt available. It is impossible to see your rewards at a glance. I have to find the "barcode page" or else I have to place an order to see them? Are they serious?? Worse, the old reward that supposedly carried over and has not expired yet is still not there. And I earned 2 new rewards but only 1 shows. They must be joking! Today I got stuck in a Spotify loop - I had to delete the Starbucks app and reinstall to avoid that. I want a cup of whatever the app developers are drinking so that I can be happily delusional, too.

With every update it is harder to navigate to what you want. The only plus to the app is mobile ordering. With the new rewards program Im thinking of canceling the app and finding a new coffee shop.

This App went from decent to totally crappy. It is very surprising for otherwise professional and reputable company. This app is going off my phone immediately....

Its not user friendly. This version is confusing. Cant find messages. Cant add codes from bag of coffee beans. If it aint broke, dont fix it.
