Links which break Safari so you can only get to a black blank broken video screen? Missing Message Centre? Checking rewards lead to a screen asking whether you are going to order in person or via app? Stars which expire at various intervals? Ridiculous cup full of uncountable stars which no longer respond to the laws of physics except those of a lava lamp? Big or small, come one, come all, to the circus where all is madness and despair. Time to delete this app! Oh, I forgot! No button to access the Starbucks in store playlists. I deleted the app and wont consider using it again until these reviews show everything is fixed. And Ill be going to Starbucks a lot less often.

Please add feature to be able to redeem Star Codes from within the app from purchases of Starbucks products made at other retailers.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Wont let me log in. Unusable, still.

Why do I have messages but no way to access? Sometimes I get no tip option. Please make sure updates work before rolling out. Let me go back to last version. Crap.

Love the app and all. BUT.....now there is no way to delete messages. And not see all the messages. Would like for a way to delete messages when done reading it all.

Every time there is an update,logon credentials get wiped out which is annoying. now the issue is I can only see earned rewards from before the program update.

This used to be a pretty good app but the screens are poorly organized and theres no logic to it. Who designed this? Please, demote them back to a junior developer because this is bad. So bad, Im thinking of deleting the app. Ive used since you released it, but it is broken. I have 2 notifications but I have no idea what for or how to remove them. I can find any of the info that I used to be able access conveniently. Where are Messages???? Seriously, it was bad that you changed the reward program, but this broken app is a disgrace that it made it through development Q&A.

Thanks to this app, I have become a Star maniac. Free drinks are always a plus. Really like the new update too.

Love the app. Makes it easy to pay and order ahead. Love the addition of Spotify.
