Starbucks App Reviews

Have tried on two versions of the app now and it will not let me reload my Starbucks card! Keeps saying invalid billing address and is so frustrating.

I got this app primarily so that I would be able to order coffee from my phone and jump the line. In my opinion, there should be an order tab at the top of the app that then allows you to select the location and then pull up the menu of your chosen location. As it is, when I browse the menu and click on flat white thinking it will then have an option to add it to my order, there is no such option. To me it seems counter-intuitive to how all other online shopping and ordering is done. I would also like it if it allowed you to select a pick up time since my nearest Starbucks is 15 mins away, yet it says my order will be ready in 4-9 minutes.

The new app design is boring and I really hate the home page where I just see ads, ads and more ads. Between these changes and the crappy rewards program changes, Starbucks seems to be getting greedy. Only change I like is that I can now apply a reward to a mobile order.

You really screwed up Starbucks, big time. I wont go back til they fix the app.

The new update is awful. Cant reload. Cant see balance. Doesnt refresh!

This ap has never been user friendly. I never cared too much, but since the latest update the "order" function isnt working. I get a message saying "system error" or something. Nooooot happy at all.

No e of the buttons work on this app. It is impossible to reload money on your account, rendering the app completely useless.

On its own, the new app updates balances only once per day, so you have difficulty knowing your account balance. I found a refresh button, but it is buried deep in the app. I have a notification badge on the apps icon reading "5". I have flipped through every possible page on the app, and still cannot get the notification badge to even reduce, much less disappear. I may as well turn off notifications for the app if they remain annoying & irrelevant.

The way that you viewed your messages before was more convenient than the way its setup now. Also that whole new star program now is terrible!

New app is slow. All I need to do with it is pay. Add an option to open to the PAY page

Notifications are hard to find and clear. Cant find what I want. Easier to go in the store. Go back to the way it was. Simplified use. Not happy with update

I have never felt compelled to write an app review until now. This new version is so frustrating! The screen icon says I have three messages. I cannot find them anywhere. Where are they? Also the main screen says I have one reward. When I click on that, it takes me to the ordering page. I just want to know what the reward is! The old version was so simple. This one is very annoying and I can see Im not the only one that feels this way. Please fix these problems!!

It would be easier to access if fingerprint feature is added

The reloading screen of this app takes forever to load. Its so frustrating.

The release notes for this new version said it should be faster, but I think it got slower. This is such a simple app, why is it so slow!

Please roll back to the previous version. Nothing works after several deletes/installs. Completely broken. Signing in spits you back out to sign in again. Blank screens, text layout issues, etc. Worst update ever.

Missing message center, but still getting alerts I have a message. Hard to select store for pickup. No indication bonus stars are being rewarded.

I like the app but Im having so many problems with reloading my card. Ive made several purchases today and now they dont count because I couldnt put money on my card. I also have notifications that I cant clear.

This app makes it convenient to pay and keep track of Starbucks stars and deals!
