Love placing an order ahead and picking it up with no wait. However, I had issues enabling auto reload of my card, and why cant I authorize a reload with Touch ID? Passwords?!?? Yuk

Notifications keep piling up on the new app with no way to clear them. As a hot OCD mess, this is a problem!!! Need my notifications cleared!

This app is pretty much worthless and needs to be completely redesigned.

Not only has Starbucks messed up a good thing by switching how stars are earned, you must purchase more to get more vs a star every visit, but now the app is completely broken. No way to check messages. Cannot turn off push notifications and the user interface is terrible considering the ease in which it used to function. Honestly why is everything always about the almighty dollar, even a rewards program that reaped this company a ton of money, but as always its never enough. I will be looking for a new coffee joint not that this company cares anyway

When use this app to pay,never work very well. The old vision works good!

As with any change/updates, it got some getting used to. I didnt have the problems the others before me wrote about. The app is easy to use. Easy to order ahead from. Easy to see my Stars and Rewards. I like the improvements of the app receipts. I use the app all the time. Of course there is always room for improvements, which is why the 4 stars. But all in all its great a app!

Wont load. Shows no stars and says no history when i made a purchase yesterday.

The app is convenient to use to pay. What I do not like is the ability to handle messages has become more difficult. Though the messages are more graphically attractive I can not easily erase them unlike the prior version of the app. UI should take precedence over flash. Thank you.

Use it almost everyday sometimes twice a day. Easy to use and easy to reload Cant find my rewards and dont like the new points system

What happened to the Pick of the Week app/song/occasional book download? That was the best part of the Starbucks app before. Please bring back!

The update is terrible. Not user friendly at all.

Love the app, easily reloads, mobile ordering is great! I love that you can now use the app for your free reward!

Inbox missing on new version

Every time there is a update something else goes wrong. The system shows that I have three messages. But there is no way to read them unless you sign out and sign back in. Please fix!

The new UI is unintuitive, confusing, cumbersome, convoluted, and discouraging. The messages are buried who-knows-where, the rewards are not obvious, and why is there still no ability to enter a star code??? Please bring back the old dashboard and overall UI.

Stars dont show up ever which means never earn a reward

The new app is bloody awful. From a nice concise at-a-glance dashboard-type feel to this scrolling advertising billboard feel with useful functionally relegated to the margins. HATE it...
