The new app is wonderful and a breeze to use. It would be even better if there was an option to choose the cup size when using the mobile portion of this app. I find that each time I order my "usual" drink, 3shot of espresso with 3 raw sugars, extra ice, and extra breve, it can be made in a different size cup each time.

Why "fix" something that wasnt broken? Awful new app. This new app is not user-friendly. Very confusing. Where did my existing stars and gold status go? I had gold status through 2017...

The new app update along with the revamp on the rewards system is a disaster. I have been gold since the rewards program started and and incredibly loyal customer. New app takes days to update and isnt correct most of the time. My balance is wrong and my stars dorm add up correctly. I am not a fan.

I cannot reload my card anymore. it keeps saying an error occurred. The address is the same and hasnt changed. So no rewards or anything. Using this is pointless now. Also Why cant you clear the app badge notifications?? Wheres the message center/section?? Theres no way to clear the messages. The Fu*k!?

I had no issues before the update but since, I havent been able to reload my card via the app. I continuously got the error msg so I sent an email to sbux and they basically told me it was an issue on my end and I had to update my address to the card. Thanks sbux but thats not the issue, the update is terrible.

When I try to reload my card it asks I enter my password. It tells me i enter it incorrectly. I know I have my password right since I can log in on the website with it.

Im a daily Sbux drinker and a regular mobile order user so I am very excited that you can now use rewards on mobile orders. That being said, Im frustrated that it isnt easier to see all rewards in one place. When I click on the link that says "You have multiple star rewards" I want to be able to see how many rewards I have and when they expire, not the chance to use them in store or the mobile ordering. The previous version made keeping track of rewards easier than this version.

Cant delete messages or badge notifications. If I toggle off "messages" in settings the badge goes away. But as soon as I launch the app again. "Messages" is toggled back on in settings. Same with "receipts"

Worst app ever. It never updates balance. Then i got a starbucks gift card as a gift and it wouldnt let me add the card. Said "system error". App was up to date. So i deleted app, reloaded app. Now i cant log in. So i reset my password. Now i can log in on the website but it still wont let me log in to the app! zero customer service. All i get is it telling me to change my password! I KNOW my password. It works on the website. The app is a worthless piece of crap! Really annoyed. Now i spent so much time trying to get on this app that starbucks closed so i couldnt buy my coffee! :( HATE THIS DIFFICULT APP.

App doesnt work to pay. Cant login. Contacted Starbucks and didnt get any help. Have to pay using the login on website. Not easy as app was. Takes too long. :(

Extremely irritated right now. I reseted my password twice and got my username emailed to me. I redownloaded the app and I restart my phone and it still doesnt let me log in my account. My information is right but its always resetting to the homepage. Ive tried a million times now.

Link to Spotify comes and goes. No way to access messages.

How do we check the messages on the os version? Ive been through everything....(that I know of!)

Looks like this update fixes the missing "past offers" ..... Scroll down main page and youll see the last offer.... On the bottom youll see "Messages" and "Details" Click on Messages.... Theyre all in there! <whew>

The order function takes forever to find actual location...cant check messages anymore...reload now more difficult.

I wasnt a huge fan of the app before the update but now it is less intuitive. I cant load points using the app from purchases and have to login to the website. The navigation is horrible and over complicated - not easy to get to what you are looking for or navigate back. Apps should be easy. This one is not. The only thing going by for it is Apple Watch app and the fact it tracks my loyalty card. Otherwise I wouldve deleted it already. Love Starbucks / so disappointed in the app. Streamline it! You are trying to add too much without a simply straightforward navigation.

My app shows I have 2 messages. I click on my app to open and I get a message "Youre all caught up☕️". Im caught up with what / where / when? Close app, still shows I still have 2 messages to view. Where are the messages if they are not on the dashboard? Sorry I dont like the new app update:( With all the app issues the Baristas at my local SB are doing an exceptional job. They deserve recognition!

I agree with many of the reviews on here about how the new app is really horrible. Ive had the Starbucks app on my phone for years and it has been one of the best apps because it was so user-friendly and had a very simple layout! The new layout is horrible, the bonus stars and rewards do not load properly, and the stars do not reset once you hit your 125 stars, which becomes very confusing. I hope they fix this soon!

This half-baked joke of an app should be taken down and burnt to a crisp. Cant find anything or its buried deep down somewhere. Might as well pull out my card and forget about this.

I am a huge Starbucks fan and like the app but I have two notifications but cant find what they are for. I checked everywhere in the app and noticed there is no message section. I hope this is fixed soon.
